Fall has always been my favourite season. Growing up in Iowa, the vibrant colours of the trees, the crispness in the air, the taste of freshly picked apples, and the cooler weather created a magical atmosphere that signalled a time to slow down and reflect. Even now, that love for fall has never faded.
Though I now live in a place where the fall colours don't naturally paint the landscape, I've found ways to bring that beloved season into my home. I decorate with rich hues of oranges, reds, and golds, filling my space with the warmth and beauty of fall. It’s my way of connecting with the season and honouring the memories that shaped my love for this time of year.

Fall marks a profound energetic shift, transitioning us from the active, outward-focused energy of summer to the more introspective, inward energy of winter.
